Flower Young and H12 had formally signed the cooperation agreement on 7th May 2018. Mr.Walter Junger, CEO and Founder of H12 and Mr. Tang Zhen, Chairman of Flower Young attended the signing ceremony.From now, Flower Young has officially authorized H12 to conduct the overall planning strategy and operation management for the holiday resort of Flower Young Green Town project.

Q1: Would you please introduce H12万兽仙君 ?
Walter：H12是一个独具艺术和生活格调的全球性酒店系列，它的第一家位于奥地利，开业时仅有12间房，目前也在中国陆续落户。数字“12”呼应了昼与夜的 12 个小时，一年中的 12 个月，东西方的 12 生肖与星座。而“H”代表着酒店员工对待每一位宾客的用心服务，把他们当成最好的朋友，我们希望让客户体验的H12酒店是将床放在了艺术馆中，让客人体验定制服务，推崇生活的艺术。
Walter: H12 is a global collection of art and lifestyle hotels, which was created with the idea of putting “a bed into an art gallery”. H12 works with a concept story of 12 local and international artists for each of its iconic properties to create a “Glocal” atmosphere and a stimulating experience. The number 12 also representsthe hours of the day and night, months in the year, and as well, the easternand western zodiac signs. Q2: H12 Hotels present the lifestyle of “New Luxury”, so what do you think is the core of the New Luxury that advocated by H12?
Walter:“新奢华”对应的即是“旧奢华”，过去理解当中的奢华就是大堂铺着名贵的大理石、H12酒店倡导是一种“新奢华”主义生活方式，那么在您看来H12酒店倡导的新奢华主义的核心是什么？墙上挂着知名画作、房顶点缀无数水晶灯，这是之前理解的奢华。但是现代的人，现在生活节奏和生活压力越来越大，所有的时间都变成了碎片，记忆遗忘的速度也非常快。所以在这种情况下，我理解的“新奢华”是在体验生活的过程中，创造一个美好的经历和记忆。在实地勘测花漾年华项目的过程中冒险鳄园，我看到河岸上有几棵树，我会想把奢华的水晶灯悬挂在树上而不是大堂，树下摆放一张餐桌，地面是鲜绿的草地项滢璇，点燃一根浪漫的蜡烛，这就是一种“新奢华”体验，让我们能够体验到本地原汁原味的生态环境，同时也能够让你享受到健康生活和有机食品。
Walter: "New Luxury"corresponds to "Old Luxury". In the past, the understanding of the luxury were the marble lobbies and crystal chandeliers. However, H12 hotel advocacy a "New Luxury" lifestyle.

Q3: Today, you did the site visit of Flower Young Eco Town project. What is your biggest feeling of the project? What are your expectations for the future cooperation陆道培 ?
Walter:非何道胜 常开心今天看到的花漾年华项目，很少能在城市中找到保存的这么完好的自然生态环境。H12所倡导的原生态的生活氛围、原生态的艺术、健康生活、有机食物、艺术生活以及对艺术生活享受的态度都与花漾年华不谋而合。一直以来我希望的都是把自己所经历项目打造成独一无二并且能够成为一个标志性的项目，我相信配合湖州当地的自然资源以及长田漾独特的水系、优美的青山绿水、优越的区域位置，在这样环境中将生活的艺术、生活理念、将世界各地的艺术家和艺术资源带到这里，把当地文化与传统文化进行有机结合，并且把传统艺术传承发扬下去，吸引国内外游客，让他们学习、参与并且热爱这些文化艺术。这样不单能够把我们的传统文化和艺术保存、传承下去，更能够打造一个非常成功的旅游项目，成为全世界的旅游目的地。

I always expect that all our projects are unique and become landmark. I believe that it is in keeping with the local natural resources of Huzhou and the unique water system, the beautiful green mountains and blue waters of Changtian Lake, and the excellent regional location. In this environment, we will bring artists and artistic resources from all over the world here. Combining the organically integrate local culture with traditional culture and carry forward the inheritance of traditional art to attract domestic and foreign tourists.
